Key Requirements:
Strong management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Significant exposure to complex financial reporting, regulatory returns and external audit cycles.
Proven technical accounting skills across a medium or large entity.
Solid experience across tax, including VAT, corporate tax and broader compliance.
Ability to work confidently with senior executives, external auditors and regulatory bodies.
A background in a large not-for-profit or public sector organisation would be highly beneficial.
