I require an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a project in Cardiff, Wales on a long term basis (2 years ) for an established client. Paying a salary based on experience between £(Apply online only) a shift “Outside IR35” 2 year duration Weekly payments The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing sub contractors installing and commissioning of MV and LV systems into a large commercial property. Responsibilities will include: - * Working alongside a professional engineering team in the creation and execution of project delivery strategies. * Chair and manage weekly meetings with the client * Understanding the stages and milestones of the project life cycle, working alongside the design, delivery and commercial teams. * Ensuring the project program, documentation is being correctly administered and maintained. * Overseeing sub contractors and liaising with the client throughout the project adhereing to the clients standards. * Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements. * Delivering these projects in accordance with a program of works. * Foreseeing any issues and working with all stakeholders to resolve them. * Reporting into the project director. This role will allow a project manager to take a lead role working for an experienced engineering company.
