Job Opportunity: Production Operative – Food Production Factory 🍽️
Location: Exeter
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £12.71 per hour. Overtime paid at time and a half after 42.5 standard weekly hours
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 07:00–16:00.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, packing, and preparing food products in line with production requirementsManual handling and heavy lifting of products and boxes as part of daily dutiesEnsuring products are correctly labelled and packagedCarrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsMaintaining a clean and hygienic working environment at all timesWorking efficiently to meet daily production targetsFollowing all health and safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirements:
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse roles is desirable but not essentialAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentGood attention to detailComfortable standing for long periodsComfortable working in cold temperaturesReliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a teamWhat We Offer:
