This role is ideal for qualified SEN/SEND teachers who are eager to engage in 1:1 tutoring, using creative and trauma-informed approaches to enhance educational experiences and outcomes.

Your Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:
* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Deliver flexible and holistic tutoring that is trauma-informed and tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver each tutoring session to meet the unique needs of each student.
* Create engaging and holistic learning experiences that foster educational and social-emotional growth.
* Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
Requirements to Join Our Team:
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS).
* A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional educational needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed).
* Two professional references.
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.
Note: It is essential to promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and young people while adhering to safeguarding policies at all times.
Employment Status:
* This position involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments as they arise.
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.
* No set amount of work or expenses coverage is provided.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
