The Role
We’re seeking a meticulous and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and procurement across a range of specialist projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
* The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
* Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts.
* Monitor project progress and control costs throughout the life‑cycle.
* Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.
* Provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within fenestration or construction sectors.
* Strong understanding of building regulations, contract law, and procurement processes.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
* Degree in quantity surveying or related field (RICS accreditation desirable).
