Reporting to the Senior Contract Services Manager, the successful Service Design Manager will be involved with driving continuous improvement of services and operational processes for Rail Services and join a successful, dynamic and motivated team. This is an Agile role and will involve travel to our Warwick office for meetings.
What you'll do:
1. Apply ITIL best practices to create efficient, resilient, and customer-centric service management processes
2. Experience in producing support and service content for bid responses & pre-sales proposals
3. Create and cost solutions in response to specific customer requirements
4. Design Service responsibilities/tasks as required from each Telent Service Delivery department and external organisations
5. Look at new systems and processes and optimise these for new and existing customers
6. Lead agreed Service Improvements for the team, supporting wider Business Improvements either as a lead or contributing member
