Our client, a rapidly growing logistics company, is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to join their team based in Reading. This position will support the Internal Key Account Manager by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response Working with the Internal Key Account Manager to address customer needs and escalate complex issues Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system Accurately process sales orders in line with company policies Assist in managing service desk tickets, ensuring accurate logging and resolution of customer issues Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team to support continuous improvement Requirements Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Previous experience in a Client Services or administrative role is advantageous Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery of timely solutions This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday.
