Overview
Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, friendly faces providing incredible product insight, knowledge and trust. Whether it is in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parent‑to‑be events or guidance along the unique parent journey, we help customers create magical moments with their first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a small team of Sales Consultants.
* Work closely with the Store Manager or Management team to achieve store results and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient staffing, visual merchandising and cash handling.
* Drive sales, meet KPIs and maintain high standards of service excellence.
* Support staff coaching, training and performance reviews.
Qualifications
* Experience as a retail supervisor, senior sales assistant or similar role.
* Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
