We currently do not have a dedicated procurement function, so we need a skilled professional to establish best practices, provide expert advice, and support the organisation while they recruit a permanent solution.

Description
Review current purchasing practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
Advise stakeholders on best practice and compliance requirements.
Support contract negotiations and supplier management.
Lay the foundations for a future permanent procurement function.
Profile
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, ideally in a generalist capacity.
Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practice.
Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Job Offer
A day rate of £450/£500 inside IR35.
Based in London or Surrey.
Short-term contract - 3 months.
