The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our international talent acquisition team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting and hiring top commercial talent across the EMEA region. You’ll partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business leaders to deliver exceptional recruitment results, all while creating outstanding experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.

What You’ll Do
* Manage and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to offer stage.
* Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create compelling candidate profiles, and design sourcing strategies.
* Act as a true brand ambassador, showcasing our company culture and values to potential candidates.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data using ATS and reporting systems.
* Manage interview feedback and offer processes efficiently and transparently.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout every stage of the process.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring efficiency and scalability within the recruitment team.

* Strong understanding of job market trends and the ability to adapt strategies quickly.
