PURPOSE
To provide IT support to the relevant users in compliance with data protection, data security and Group policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provides technical support to users via email, phone and Help-Desk portal
2. Manages the workstations and the necessary hardware peripherals
3. Monitors hardware functionality and takes action where necessary
4. Manages software installation and set up on computers according to the specifications given
