We are urgently looking for an immediately available Accounts Assistant to join our client’s business on a temporary basis covering long-term sickness. We are keen to hear from finance professionals with a wide range of skills and experience in a similar role, who will hit the ground running and bring pace to this exciting business.
As an Accounts Assistant, your role will be a varied role, covering a wide range of duties that are essential for the smooth running of the businesses’ finance function, including maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers, chasing outstanding payments and reconciliations.
Key duties of an Accounts Assistant are as follows:
1. Maintaining the sales & purchase ledger
2. Chasing payments via email & telephone
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Support month-end processes
5. Support weekly & monthly reports
