Project Manager - Façades & Building Envelope Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 benefits Location: Office & Site (UK & Ireland projects) Type: Full-time, Permanent Join a Team Where Your Projects Shape Skylines We're looking for a driven Project Manager with a passion for façades and building envelopes to take the lead on high-profile projects with Tier 1 contractor clients. This isn't just another PM role. You'll own your projects, typically managing three at any one time: one in planning, one in production, and one on site in delivery. From pre-construction handover through to final handover, you'll be the one steering the ship. You'll be out on site, in design meetings, and at client briefings - making key decisions and keeping projects moving. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end delivery of façade/envelope projects, taking ownership from pre-con to final completion. Juggle three live projects across different stages - keeping each one on track Partner with Tier 1 contractors and consultants, delivering design led architectural façades Drive collaboration between design, commercial, production and site teams. Problem-solve on the spot - managing risk, cost and programme while maintaining high safety and quality standards.About You We want to speak with people who: Have cut their teeth in façade, curtain walling, unitised systems, rainscreen cladding, or wider building envelope. Bring hands-on project management experience with façade or envelope contractors. Know how to balance technical detail, commercial awareness and client relationships. Are comfortable taking the lead across multiple projects - and keeping calm under pressure. Enjoy working with Tier 1 contractors and being the person they rely on.
