As a Fleet Hub/Mobile and External Work Controller, you will be working as part of a team in the largest workshop in the West, by overseeing all workshop operation, including maintenance, repair, and warranty repair allocation, ensuring all technical and quality standards are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity. Hub Controller acts as a vital link between the fleet department and the divisional officers / users.
Key Responsibilities of the Fleet Hub/Mobile and External Work Controller are:
1. Workshop Efficiency: Monitor and manage workshop loading, job flow and staff productivity and maximise output.
2. Resource Allocation: Manage workshop tools, equipment, and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to manufactures specification and to the highest quality standards, maintaining a low rate of comebacks.
4. Service Schedule Managing: manage the set monthly service schedule, notifying users of schedule and notifying for collection as efficiently as possible.
5. External relationships: Manage and build relationships with dealer network for warranty repairs, ensuring an efficient and accurate use of any manufacturer’s warranty is utilised.
6. Culture: Foster a positive, professional, and results-driven work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

This is a full time and permanent role, offering 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday -)
A driving licence is desirable for this role.
