Here at The Limes we are looking for support workers who are compassionate and positive individuals who can provide the person centred care requirements for a young adult we support. Support workers provide support for young adults who have autism, learning disabilities and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge. As a Support Worker within our service, you will be integral in developing the skills of our young people.
The Limes is a specialist residential service, offering education and care for up to 52 weeks per year for adults aged 18 to 25.
Living and learning together is what we do at The Limes. As a Support Worker you would support our young people develop the skills to attend an educational setting as well as learn how to develop greater independence skills in their day to day lives. Your work will be enriching as well as fun! No two days will be the same, you will be part of creating memories for the people we support.
Hours of work - Full time average of 36 hours per week 4 on 2 off
2x Earlies 07:15 – 16:00, 2x Lates 15:00 – 21:30
