Vacancy: 2 Permanent and 1 Fixed Term (1 year)


Position Overview

South Lanarkshire Council's Landlord Registration Section is seeking to recruit 2 full-time permanent and 1 full-time temporary (1 year) Administrative Assistants to undertake clerical and administrative duties related to the Service.


Role Expectations

Can you thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment? The role is varied; you will interact daily with the public online and via phone, requiring a customer-focused approach aligned with service delivery. You will also process information related to the online Landlord Register.


Communication Skills

Your communication style should adapt depending on the task. Please provide practical examples demonstrating how your communication varies according to different customer interactions.


Qualifications and Attributes

We seek candidates committed to learning and role development. Essential skills include working to tight deadlines, problem-solving, team collaboration, and excellent communication. A flexible attitude to change and enjoyment of working in a diverse environment are also important.
