Job Summary

:The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to manufacture high:quality products. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, efficiency standards, and quality control procedures to ensure production targets are met. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail:oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Essential Responsibilities:

:Operate various production machines according to job specifications, work orders, and production schedules.
:Load raw materials into the machinery.
:Monitor machine cycles and parameters to ensure proper operation and prevent errors.
:Perform routine and in:process quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
:Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to established standards and blueprints.
:Other duties as assigned.
Technical Functional Skills:

:Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
:Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring instruments (on:site training available).
:Strong mechanical aptitude and problem:solving skills.
:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications:

:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
