* 5 years experience in a software development environment

* Previous experience as a Business Analyst
* Extensive end-to-end experience of IT system projects and changes
* Familiarity with implementation and handover of projects into Business as Usual operations
* Proven analytical problem-solving abilities
* Financial Services industry experience preferred

Responsibilities:
* Represent the IT Team to maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
* Manage and mentor other Business Analysts within the team
* Gather requirements from all business areas
* Create detailed documentation of Functional Specifications
* Run and manage effective workshops to gather and present requirements
* Conduct System Testing and manage UAT to ensure changes meet business requirements
* Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Work closely with the development team to ensure system design aligns with business needs
* Provide training to users and/or trainers
* Review and improve project and business processes for efficiency
