Position: Class 2 Left side drive road sweepers
Location: Worsley
Salary:£14.50ph or £16.25ph with Holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Only - 06:00am starts - Up to 12-hour shifts
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in the Worsley area, looking for multiple Class 2 drivers to work for a company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services across the UK. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced and professional Class 2 drivers to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Left hand side drive
* No handballing
* Road sweeping of public roads, building sites, and housing estates.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to various destinations.
* Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, and any incidents.
* Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 (C) driving license.
* Tacho Exempt (No Digital Tachograph card needed).
* CPC Driver Qualification card.
* Minimum of 12 months experience as a Class 2 Driver due to insurance purposes.
* 1 week worth of training.
* Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
* A professional attitude with excellent time‑management skills.
* No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes.
