Job Introduction
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is critical in attracting, engaging and onboarding top talent, while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers by providing expert insight, guidance and hands‑on support.
You’ll play a key role in managing complex recruitment challenges, identifying innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement across the hiring process. With a focus on enhancing candidate experience and overall recruitment effectiveness, you will help shape a modern, inclusive and forward-thinking talent acquisition function aligned to our organisational ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver effective, inclusive, and insight-led recruitment strategies
* Provide advice and guidance on best practice across the full recruitment lifecycle
* Manage and optimise recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance
* Coordinate recruitment activity, including shortlisting, interviews, and candidate engagement
* Proactively manage candidate pipelines to ensure a positive and seamless experience
* Undertake pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance attraction strategies, and drive efficiencies
* Collaborate across the Trust to support a consistent, high-quality hiring journey

You will bring a strong blend of customer focus, organisation, and the ability to influence and support stakeholders, alongside a passion for delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confidence working with digital systems and recruitment platforms
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
* Ability to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels
* Experience within talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or compliance environments
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Understanding of safer recruitment and safeguarding practices
