⭐ Your Responsibilities
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
* Support students through both small-group work and personalised 1:1 sessions.
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted academic and pastoral support.
* Apply and develop your subject knowledge while gaining first-hand teaching experience.
* Help maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom.

What We’re Looking For
* A degree (education-related subjects welcome, but all disciplines considered).
* Any experience working with children or young people—volunteering, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, etc. (desirable but not essential).
* A valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to support young learners.
* A proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to build positive relationships.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
