A specialist alternative provision setting in New Milton is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11 to 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a part-time position, starting in September 2025, with the opportunity for an earlier start for the right candidate. You will support the delivery of tailored learning, help pupils re-engage with education, and contribute to a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
