Randstad is seeking Qualified Social Workers to join Middlesbrough Council's Pathways Team.

You can expect a competitive salary of up to £45,416 DOE.

Responsibilities:
* We have two Pathways Teams.
* The Pathways Teams support our Cared For and Care Experienced young people as they transition towards independence.
* At around 15 years and 9 months, young people move to Pathways Team 1.
* They continue to have an Independent Reviewing Officer (until age 18) who regularly reviews their care plans.
* As they approach adulthood, they are introduced to a new worker from the Pathways 2 Team, who becomes their main contact upon turning 18.
* The teams support young people in developing a Pathway Plan covering health, education, employment, training, support, relationships, and personal goals.
* Pathways workers conduct direct work with young people to help them understand their experiences and participate in engagement groups to provide feedback on services.
Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Enhanced DBS clearance
