Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
* Manage food production processes, including cooking, serving, and preparation
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills
* Implement and enforce food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock
* Conduct regular performance evaluations of kitchen staff, providing constructive feedback
Skills
* Proven experience in food production, cooking, and food preparation
* Strong management skills with previous supervising experience in a kitchen setting
* Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on culinary excellence
* Knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service standards
