An exciting opportunity has arisen for Automotive IQA and Training Coordinator within the Work Based Learning department at Cardiff and Vale College.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support high‑quality training programmes across all provision.
* Ensure robust internal quality assurance (IQA) processes are consistently applied.
* Provide learners with a compliant, effective and positive learning experience.
* Maintain strong engagement with employers throughout the learning and assessment process.
* Ensure assessment and delivery meet awarding body, contractual and organisational quality standards.
* Manage a caseload of learners and employers.
* Act as an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), monitoring assessment practice and providing support to assessors/trainers.
* Maintain full compliance with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
