Job Details
* Fixed term/secondment for 2 years
* Work collaboratively across Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver education on palliative care and care around dying to health and social care staff
* Maintain presence in care environments, delivering direct patient care and role modeling best practice
* Assess and support care delivery, integrating current evidence and trends
* Develop public health initiatives related to palliative care in the Scottish Borders
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in making effective judgments for people with palliative care needs
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Commitment to lifelong learning and supporting both formal and informal teaching
