You will be joining a large,plex organisation operating within an asset-intensive environment. The business is continuing to strengthen and mature its supply chain capability as part of a wider transition programme, with a focus on ensuring operational resilience and delivery across a national estate.
Your new role
As Head of Supply Chain & Partner Management, you will take a key leadership role in stabilising, embedding and developing a growing function during a critical transition period.
The supply chain team is evolving from to 15 people and expanding its remit to incorporate widermercial responsibilities. Your role will focus on holding the function together,pleting the transition, and embedding effective ways of working, rather than leading a wholesale transformation.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and developing a growing supply chain andmercial function
• Supporting the team through a period of change and transition, ensuring continuity and performance
• Embedding robust procurement, supplier management andernance processes
• Driving consistency in supplier performance management and engagement
• Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of additional team members
• Enhancing systems, processes and capability across e-tendering and procurement platforms
• Partnering with operational stakeholders to ensure supply chain supports delivery across physical assets and FM environments
What you'll need to succeed
You will be amercially astute supply chain leader with experience operating inplex, operational environments, ideally within facilities management, infrastructure, or asset-heavy sectors.
You will bring:
• Proven experience delivering and embedding change within an established function
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement processes andernance
• Experience of e-tendering systems, procurement tools and supplier frameworks
• Ability to lead through transition, stabilising teams and improving ways of working
• Experience growing or reshaping teams, with the ability to recruit and develop capability
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational andmercial functions
• Familiarity with FM or physical asset environments (highly desirable)
