This individual will need to have a deep understanding of scaffolding systems, as well as a proven track record in sales within a manufacturing or construction-related industry. Although this position is for a Sales Manager, there are no direct reportees. However, for the right candidate, excellent career progression opportunities will be available, including the potential to manage a small team in the near future. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Target Achievement : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue within the scaffolding sector. Identify new market opportunities within SMEs and build a sales pipeline to expand the customer base. Establish and review weekly targets, collaborating with the Operations Director to achieve or surpass these goals Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients Negotiate contracts and agreements Handle customer enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner. Market Analysis and Reporting : Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management. Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on market feedback.
