UPS Engineer – UK & Europe
Location: Field-Based (Covering UK & Europe)
Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday
About the Role
A leading power solutions provider is seeking an experienced UPS Engineer to join their team. This field-based role will cover a large area across the UK, with regular travel across Europe for installations, servicing, and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and associated power equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems and related power equipment.
* Fault-finding, troubleshooting, and carrying out repairs on-site.
* Conducting preventative maintenance and responding to emergency callouts as required.
* Providing technical support and ensuring high levels of customer service.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
* Completing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a UPS Engineer / Power Systems Engineer / Electrical Engineer.
* Strong knowledge of single-phase & three-phase UPS systems.
* Ability to carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and repair work.
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable but not essential).
* Full UK driving licence and valid passport for travel across Europe.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Flexibility to work away from home and travel frequently.
