A great communicator, you will represent this luxury brand with professionalism and pride. As part of a wider team, your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and dealing with customers face to face, to give them a 5-star experience of the store Aligning with the company's overall communication and service level agreement strategy Use your customer service skills to up-sell products to customers Maintain electronic records in a complete and accurate manner Develop effective working relationships with the team and ensure the flow of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
