Key Responsibilities:

Perform all mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) operations and component strip/fitting on a variety of vehicles.
*
Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in strict line with manufacturers' specifications.
*
Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a dynamic, fast-paced workshop.
*
Uphold exceptional standards of workmanship to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Proven experience as an MET Technician or Strip Fitter within a busy bodyshop environment.
*
A recognised apprenticeship and a relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, or ATA).
*
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and standards.
*
A self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to achieving performance and bonus targets.
