Theatre nurses play a critical role in patient care, working closely with veterinary specialists, managing surgical kits, handling peri-operative imaging, maintaining records, and scrubbing into surgeries when required. This role also includes teaching and assessing veterinary students, making it ideal for an RVN with a passion for mentoring and professional development.
