Description
As a Credit Control Manager, you will support the Head of Commercial and the wider Commercial team implementing processes, managing process compliance, driving efficiencies / cost control, cash collection. This role will see you working alongside the Commercial Managers and Regional Managers completing the below key responsibilities within the Sales Administration and Credit Control Administration function that your team provide.
Most people in this team either work 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the Credit control team
2. Oversee the onboarding of new clients ensuring the full process is adhered to
3. Accountable for ensuring Client Credit limits are set (via Adequate Credit Safe Checks), monitored and risks highlighted to the commercial team.
4. Management of credits including monitoring DOA Compliance.
5. Ensure all client invoices and statements are saved and distributed on a weekly basis.
6. Conduct weekly Cash collection and Aged Debt Calls with the wider business to drive cash col-lection and allocate actions as required.
7. Responsible for overall cash collection of Invoice Clients plus supporting the Commercial team in Cash Collection in relation to AFP accounts.
