Data Protection Associate Manager - Exciting Consultancy!
A dynamic consultancy based across the UK and Europe is looking for a new Data Protection Manager to assist with their wide range of health-tech, med-tech, and bio-tech clients based across Europe.
You will be assisting a variety of clients in the healthcare space, either as their DPO or on specific niche projects such as on AI use.
Provide advice to businesses on different aspects of data protection from DPIAs to RoPA, and OneTrust implementation.
Navigating complex privacy regulations such as the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, CPRA, Swiss FDAP, and the AI Act.
Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other global privacy laws
Extensive experience working in data protection, ideally across the UK and Europe.
Confident working autonomously and efficiently as you will be fully remote.
Experience with OneTrust and Microsoft Notion.
Understanding of health-techs/clinical trials/AI application to patient data
