We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and successful completion infraprojects across the region. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery from design and procurement through to construction, handover, and client satisfaction ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
* Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
* Lead and oversee all aspects of construction within the project scope.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver works to meet programme and quality objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
* Prepare and monitor project programmes
* Administer contracts in line with NEC or JCT conditions.
* Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure commercial success.
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring high standards of productivity and workmanship.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, environmental policies, and company procedures.
* Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
* Oversee quality assurance, site inspections, and handover documentation.
* Chair regular progress meetings and provide clear, timely updates to senior management.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Support business development and bid preparation as required.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
Essential:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE,CIOB or equivalent).
* Proven track record in delivering civil engineering and structural concrete projects (e.g., highways, drainage, or utilities).
* Excellent understanding of UK construction contracts, particularly NEC.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project management software
* SMSTS
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
Desirable:
* Experience working for a principal contractor.
* Knowledge of BIM processes
* Understanding of sustainability and net-zero carbon initiatives within civil infrastructure
