GSL Education South Yorkshire is recruiting a dynamic and creative Secondary Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving school in Doncaster. This is a full-time role starting immediately, with the possibility of continuing until January 2026.

The Role:
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Secondary Teacher who can foster a positive learning environment and support pupils’ academic and personal growth. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, contribute to school life, and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for KS3 and KS4 pupils
Use effective assessment strategies to monitor and promote progress
Adapt teaching to support students with SEND, EAL, and varying ability levels
Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and teaching staff
Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
Take part in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities
Requirements:
UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE with QTS or equivalent)
Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils
Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
Creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) – sponsorship available on a conditional basis
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
