We are looking to appoint a Team Manager to join our busy and thriving Newly Qualified Nanny (NQN) team. The successful candidate will manage the NQN aspect of the Norland Diploma, teach and assess on programmes delivered by Norland and line manage the NQN Consultants and NQN Recruitment Administrators. You will have leadership qualities with a desire to undertake further training to develop these skills. You must have a relevant Masters degree or be willing to undertake one, and evidence of recent CPD related to teaching, learning and assessment. You will need to hold a BA degree in early years and have experience working with babies, young children and families in a variety of contexts, preferably as a nanny and have knowledge of current practices and challenges within the early years sector. Experience of being a Norlander is not essential, but would be a significant advantage. You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
