Job Title: Senior Team Leader - Timber Yard Region: Stoke-on-Trent ( ST1 ) Temporary to Permanent vacancy Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of yard workers, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including loading/unloading timber, stock management, and maintaining yard cleanliness Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
