In September 2019, MacIntyre Academies Trust opened a new, state-of-the-art Academy in Rugby, Warwickshire, featuring specialist facilities such as a sensory room, therapy room, immersive classroom, soft play area, recording studio, and photography suite. The academy offers a holistic curriculum with blended therapy integrated into the classroom environment. There is also a café for parents and displays of pupils' work available for purchase.
The academy initially opened in a modern building on the outskirts of Nuneaton in September 2017, starting with 30 pupils, increasing to 55 in 2018, and currently serving 97 pupils. MacIntyre Academies is sponsored by MacIntyre Charity, a reputable national organization with over 50 years of experience in person-centered education.
Quest Academy is committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive environment for learners with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, catering for ages 7 to 19, with transition at 16. Our mission is to foster a supportive community where every individual is encouraged to embrace their true self, grow into confident, compassionate members of society, and reach their full potential.

The Principal is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach who will also have responsibility for a small tutor group, working with learners from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4. The ideal candidate will be reliable, committed, caring, trustworthy, and an excellent role model, motivated to work in a school committed to continual improvement.
