About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Contract Co-Ordinator to join our Facilities Service Desk team. This is an exciting time to join the team! Do you have a passion for customer service? The Role
1. Estimating process (logging, chasing prices, inputting) and working to targets.
2. Finance process (approving invoices, issuing invoice queries, responding to clients) and working to targets.
3. Reactive WIP process (reviewing with Accounts Team and supporting).
4. PPM/Compliance process (reviewing site assets with Accounts Team to ensure compliance, maintaining maintenance planner reporting, issuing weekly asset test reports, inputting and revising contracts).
5. Supporting overflow for PPM/reactive roles.
6. Tracking contract statuses, deadlines, and renewals by maintaining a database or system to monitor contract details, ensure compliance, and manage amendments.
7. Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documents, organizing and archiving for easy access.
8. Serving as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries, interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders, and providing support on contractual terms.
9. Collaborating with departments such as legal, finance, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
10. Resolving issues or discrepancies during the contract lifecycle and proposing solutions to meet contractual obligations.
11. Utilizing contract management software or tools for drafting, management, and reporting.
