Key Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as directed by class teachers.
* Deliver targeted small-group interventions to enhance progress and engagement.
* Observe, record, and monitor pupil development to support tailored learning plans.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of creative, stimulating classroom activities.
* Prepare, organise, and maintain classroom resources to support effective learning.
* Use a calm, supportive approach to help manage challenging behaviour positively.
* Confidently step in to lead the class where required, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant qualification in Early Years, KS1, or KS2 education (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working within a UK primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
* Confident behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships.
* A proactive, adaptable team player with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
