Responsibilities
* Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
* Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
* Working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
* Supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion
* Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Must be hard working and driven
* Must have valid ID/Passport
