New opportunity for X3 Administrative Support Officers to work within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. This will be for a full time role, working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and is for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative and work well in a fast paced office environment. The main duties of the role will include providing administrative support, answering telephone queries, responding to emails, filling reports, dealing with confidential records and minute taking.
