Are you an experienced Project Supervisor looking for an opportunity to make an impact on essential water infrastructure projects?
The Role
As a Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards throughout Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Dumfries and Galloway, Stirling, and Falkirk.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning, organizing, and supervising construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications and health & safety regulations.
* Overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and workforce allocation.
* Conducting regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications.
* Maintaining accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress reports, and change orders.
* Providing regular updates to the Project Manager and Contract Manager on progress and challenges.
* Leading and supporting the team to foster a positive work environment.
* Managing and resolving issues or conflicts during construction, escalating when necessary.
* Staying updated with industry trends, construction technologies, and best practices for process improvements.

You are motivated, experienced, with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in supervising construction projects. A solid understanding of health & safety regulations, efficient site management, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential.
Experience in water, utilities, or infrastructure projects is advantageous but not mandatory; transferable skills are welcome. A proactive approach and commitment to high-quality work are key.
A full UK Driving Licence is required.
