About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
2. Coordinate across internal teams (Operations, Finance, IT, and Carrier Management) to meet client needs
3. Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs
4. Manage invoicing, revenue assurance, and support credit control activities
5. Analyse service and financial performance; propose and implement improvement plans
6. Conduct regular client review meetings and manage all escalations
7. Support and guide support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery
