Team Leader role
A Team Leader at Greens Retail supports the management team by effectively running shifts, motivating colleagues, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. We're seeking exceptional colleagues who embrace challenges and strive to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will involve:
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Creating an exceptional working environment
* Prioritising workload to maintain store standards and motivate the team
* Building strong relationships with the local community and hosting events
* Ensuring smooth operations while complying with health & safety regulations and other procedures
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements
* Food retail experience is essential
* Supervisory experience is preferred
* Positive attitude and strong team working skills
* Full training will be provided, so experience is preferred but not essential
It is also essential that you have a willingness to deliver, are passionate about retail, and possess a strong attention to detail.
