BBX UK Bournemouth, England, United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South Coast region.
We are a global leader operating in 14 countries with a 30-year pedigree. We serve micro and small enterprise businesses with a unique marketing / payments platform that enables businesses to fund purchases by pledging their goods/services instead of using their cash reserves, helping users to conserve cash, guarantee themselves extra customers, and build profits.
Responsibilities
* Become the face of BBX in the region and build a sales team of up to 4 Business Development Managers (BDMs).
* Present to business owners and directors via phone, Zoom, or face-to-face meetings to demonstrate how the BBX platform can deliver guaranteed growth, improved cash flow, and boosted profits.
* Lead from the front and drive the regional sales strategy to increase the customer base.

* Good communication, presentation, and listening skills
* Understanding of business
* Eagerness to learn and excel
Compensation & Benefits
Full initial and ongoing training, a positive team-oriented environment, and an uncapped commission-oriented remuneration package with on-target earnings (OTE) rising above £150k including commission from personal and team sales.
