People Administrator – Kids Planet Day Nurseries
Kids Planet Day Nurseries are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing People Team at our head office in Lymm. As a People Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the People Team.
What this role involves
* Correspond with new starters, prepare offer letters and contracts while ensuring a professional and welcoming candidate experience.
* Write letters and provide low-level advice relating to changes in employment.
* Support with queries regarding family leave, probations, flexible working, holiday entitlements/calculations and reference requests.
* Conduct right to work and DBS checks.
* Respond to a variety of queries from the centralised email inbox.
* Provide general administration support to the People Department as required, including answering the telephone, scanning and handling emails.
What a People Administrator needs
* HR experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
* Competence with Microsoft packages.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work well within a team.
