Job Title: Clinical Educator - Training Specialist
About the Role:
As a Clinical Educator - Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering clinical training programs for healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Infusion Technology customers receive top-notch training, enabling them to effectively utilize our products.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage contracted accounts to maintain and renew profitable contracts.
• Design tailored teaching/training programs for delivery of clinical training to Infusion Technology customers.
• Monitor, measure, and adapt teaching/training programs for maximum effectiveness to ensure learning has been achieved by healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate the Clinical Trainers activity to deliver user training.
• Conduct pre-purchase clinical presentations and product evaluation trials.
• Develop a network of contacts relevant to Infusion Technology to promote products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Day-to-day management of contracted accounts, liaising with Business Development Manager and Field Service Engineer.
Requirements:
• NMC registration is mandatory.
• Experience in managing and delivering clinical training is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required to successfully interact with people at all levels.
• Being organized and well-planned is critical.
• A flexible approach to working patterns is necessary.
• Willingness to travel various distances between accounts is required.
