1. Liaise with Board prep/press ops for each press.
2. Check handover notes and ensure they are up to date.
3. Check the daily plan for print/cut and pile turning/airing material requirements.
4. Liaise with the Cut/Crease Assistant to establish Cut/Crease requirements.
5. Move product around Print department to facilitate production.
6. Ensure correct quality and quantity of board is sent to the Print Presses
7. Ensure that all waste is accounted for, banded, and moved to allocated waste collection area.
8. Ensure that all tanks and alcohol are filled, and waste barrels emptied.
9. Ensure that all materials are stored correctly.
10. Maintain safe working practices on machinery.
11. Conformance to factory hygiene standards.
12. Conformance to safe housekeeping standards.
13. Ensuring work environment is clean and safe.
14. Assist with Wash up and make readies.
15. Any other duties as necessary
16. Adherence to Health and Safety best practices in line with Company policy and current legislation.
